Working in childcare is more than supervising the kids until their family member picks them up. It’s loving and caring for each child like you want to see them win. Reassuring them every step of the way that they are important to our future. Most importantly, helping them understand it’s okay to be different, everyone was not made to be the same. Howsoever, you are perfect just the way you are hair, skin color, dyslexia, or autism will not determine the greatest in your future.
