This is a chronical of my mother's Hajj trip in 1980. Mrs. Mohamed dedicated the book to Besheer, her only grandson at the time. He was 5 years old and this book was her way of sharing the experience with him.

About Author
Mrs. Bilques Mohamed was an early child hood educator for the NYC department of education, and for Al-Ghazali School in New Jersey. In 1980 she embarked on her first trip to the Middle East to complete her obligatory Pilgrimage to Mecca. Because her beloved 5 year old grandson Besheer Mohamed had to be left behind, Mrs. Mohamed, or Hajja Bilques decided that she would share her journey by writing this book.
Hajja Bilques has since retired and has shared her experiences with her granddaughter Fawziah, and grandsons Sulaiman, Adam, & Ramsey. She is publishing the book now so that her great granddaughter Maryam can enjoy learning about the Hajj.
