This is a story about a child who grew up without understanding of purpose, only to be in a state of rediscovery of self. A child is staying with his father after having been left by his mother. During his childhood, he gets visitations from beings he never understood. He managed to navigate his way through, with guidance from the invisible world. From his own world, there were no solutions to his problem and neither was there answers to his questions about his mother: his father never had word about his mother leaving. The boy, called Khula, went through his own experience, found his own omens and, collected all pieces of the puzzle and put them together. His discovery: a journey to his own beingness.

Tonkile Kolman was born in the coastal city of East London, a city south east of the African continent, in South Africa. He received his earlier education in Mdantsane, a black township 20km from the city. Later in his life, Khula did his university education and earned a BCom, BTech and Masters degree from University of Johannesburg and Cape Town respectively. His passion for writing became apparent during his training in ministerial studies from Holy Spirit Institute of Ministerial Studies and Research in Johannesburg, from which he was ordained full pastor.
