Every cook has that little secret that makes their dishes special. It might be a surprise ingredient, a technique, even the type of utensil used to stir the flavors together. This cookbook answers the question that people have often asked me. How can I make mine taste good like yours. The recipes are designed to answer that question. Here is what will make yours taste "good like mine", or GLM. Each recipe identifes the GLM factor and provides a space for the cook to add their own.
