Granny Bea (Beatrice McCreight)was born in Calgary in Alberta 1927. She lived in Kaslo BC, Nelson BC, and Orofino Idaho. She died in Nanaimo BC in 2013. She married her husband, Ben McCreight in 1948 and she was mom to Brenda. Bea was a strong and independent woman who adapted to whatever challenges that life brought her way; and,she was a woman who always gave the best dinner parties.
