Hey Whats up?! My name is Monique Durazo and I am a HUGE animal lover. Ever since I was a little girl I have always wanted to work with animals. Animals mean everything to me. They bring bring joy into my life and make me happy every second of the day.
Growing up I would Volunteer down at the local animal shelter where I lived. I would see many cats and dogs come and go each day. It broke my heart to see just how many homeless, unwanted, or mistreated animals come and go through the shelters. The longer I volunteered down at the shelter the more I became attached to each and everyone of them. Just being there with the animals and comforting them made my day. I would go to each of there kennels sit down talk with them, and comfort them letting them know that everything was going to be okay. Making a difference in an animals life is what I'm all about.
Another thing you should know about me is that I'm very kind and loving. I have many friends but only a few that are close. I also love to write stories and poems. I love to Draw, Act, and participate in the Marching Band.
