When a 107 year old evil glitch shaped to be a man named Omni dark fist -from Another-universe Zyfe endangers citizens of New York. The great element-shifting Throx must save the citizens and his new, little partner 11 year old Billy. Throx decided to save his old friend that he was taken away from 14 years ago. With his eight elemental forms and his friends he saves the citizens from the evil Zyfe.
