I personally feel like being honest is one of most important life lessons there is. Telling the truth can take you further in life by making positive decisions. Being honest is one of best personality traits a person can have. I would want children to understand that telling the truth is better than one lie that will lead to many other ones. My personal connection to this topic is that I have always felt that the truth is better than a fib because with a fib you can hurt someone in a way. I understand that the truth can do that as well, but its better at the end for someone to realize that they have someone who is loyal to them.
