About Author
I remember very vividly being teased about my curly hair. I grew up in a time when straight hair parted down the middle was the fashion of the day. Oh, how I fretted about my curly locks boinging every which way. In time, I grew to not only accept my curls but to embrace the uniqueness of me and of others too.
