Born in Honolulu and raised on Kauai,Hawaii, I'm Hawaiian(Kanaka Ma'oli),my ohana is the Waiwaioles from Kauai.Dedicating my recipes to my keikeis(children) and mo'opunas(grandchildren).This recipe cookbook is to preserve my childrens Hawaiian heritage, to remember the connection to the Islands as well as the Mainland.
