These few recipes that I have put together will hopefully help those that need to refresh their memories of what we enjoyed to have on our tables and with friends who will enjoy a taste of Hawaii.

Born in Honolulu and raised on Kauai,Hawaii, I'm Hawaiian(Kanaka Ma'oli),my ohana is the Waiwaioles from Kauai.Dedicating my recipes to my keikeis(children) and mo'opunas(grandchildren).This recipe cookbook is to preserve my childrens Hawaiian heritage, to remember the connection to the Islands as well as the Mainland.
