About the Book
Inspired by my son's love of my cooking. These are all his favorite dishes that will be passed down to him so he can share with his family one day. This is a bittersweet project, with each dish being approved by my son. He can be a brutal taste tester. I am on pins and needles with each dish waiting for a thumbs up to go in his book. Knowing long after I am gone he will always have something to remember and share as time goes on.

About Author
As a busy mom of two, my son this summer has made the request for all his favorite dishes to be written down so he can have them to cook for his family one day. We have been cooking together for many years. As a scout mom you will find many "dutch oven" dishes made for camping outdoors.
