We wrote the first edition of this cookbook while “In the Field” as missionaries in Thailand. When we first moved to Thailand, we ate a lot of Thai food out, as it was really inexpensive. Over time, though, we were yearning for some home cooking! Our first year of cooking here was on a two burner propane stove top, and we had no oven. It was amazing what we could do with those two burners. We’ve had a lot of fun putting this together and are excited about sharing our recipes with you.
