Isaac is the person that laughs. That is the meaning of his name. He was born in Riverside, California. He has a brother that loves him to death and a family that will do anyhting for him. He goes to Civil Air Patrol, an auxilary of the Air Force, every Thursday. He is in the Color Guard for his CAP group. He has many friends and many more best friends. He loves to joke around and have fun all the time.
