Hope Brantley is an 8 year old girl who finds out she has cancer in her leg. She was always a determined little girl, but her parents are fearing for Hope's life. The only way to get rid of her cancer is to take the tumor out with a major surgery.Will Hope be determined enough to fight through her cancer? Will she be strong enough to survive the surgery?
