Diane is retired nurse who lives on a small farm in Maine. She lives with her husband Charlie along with her pets. This includes Ziggy as well as his friend Juno a miniature donkey. Two dogs Penny and Annie along with the hens Laverne, Shirley and Lucy. Diane writes this story for her grandchildren as well as to fulfill a promise to her co-workers.
