Learning about robots and how they are changing our world has been very engaging for us. We have learned how they are making our lives easier, as well as changing our economy. We are concerned about the robots who are taking jobs from people who are unemployed. We are happy robots are improving technology and services provided for people. We wanted to learn more about careers related to robots, so we researched some of those careers. We want to be prepared for the future and make a positive difference in our world.

We are 5th and 6th grade students in gifted education class at Childersburg Middle School. We have been studying about flight, and we began by studying about insects. Then we found out scientists are studying insects to help improve the manueverability in robots and flying vehicles. We were really interested in robots and how they work, so this is the focus of our book.
