About Author
I thought of making a book like this because if I would of had a book like this in my first year of middle school it would of helped it go a little bit more smoothly. Most kids these days need help with coping with stress and the root of the problem Peer Pressure. Kids are dealing with bullying in many ways cyber, physical, and verbal bullying. I think kids could use a little help before getting into serious stress and don't know how to fix it, that is why I want to help so less kids get stuck in the sticky mess called stress.
