Life being so unexpectedly busy we forget to look after ourselves. We are concious of what is and isn't good for us, yet our habits dictate our actions. I hope this book will be useful to the owner for being mindful of their daily habits and allow positive change to help improve their life 1% at a time. A new habit takes on average six weeks to fulfil - by taking a couple minutes each day to interact and complete each section you are prioritising yourself and creating small gradual positive changes in your daily life to contribute to a better physical and mental health.
