About the Book

This book was designed to commemorate The Howard Family's legacy of Salemburg, Sampson County, NC. We thrive to learn and grow as we reach back to search our long lost history. It it my desire that young parents and grandparents will use this book as a teaching tool to share and educate the next generation. This allows them to have concrete access to our family roots and loved one's legacy. We have learned that much of our history began with March & Dinia Howard. We are striving to learn more about a generation of 21 offspring. We now have hundreds of men, women and children throughout the United States that carry the Howard's genes. We all have lineage and links that began in Salemburg, Sampson County, N.C. We take this time out to honor our ancestors, commemorate their lives and reflect on our future.
