The students did an author study of Laura Numeroff, focusing on her If You Give A… series. The students analyzed how the stories are a series of cause and effect scenarios. They listened to how each story works its way around in a circle, ending right back where it began. The students tried to mimic what Numeroff did in creating their own book titled If You Give a Dalmatian a Donut. Please enjoy this delightful and original story.
