About Author
When I was 15 years old, my family and I came to live in the USA. Learning a new language, culture and a “newly acquired freedom” was challenging and frustrating. As time when on I got married to a wonderful man and together we have 3 awesome teenagers...With all the changes in my life, I wanted to learn to be more centered and at peace with myself.
I surrounded myself with positive affirmations and messages… words that I wanted to live by.
