About Author
I had developed this passion of cooking in my mom's kitchen when I was ten years old. Since than, I always wanted to create my own recipes and incorporate some of family traditions within itself. So, I got my Bachelors in Nutrition and Dietetics to learn and understand more about different foods. I started my experiments by picking a recipe and tweaking it to a healthy version but not jeopardizing the flavor and taste of the food.
