I'm lucky enough to call Jeff my Dad or in most cases my Dada. He is the Dad who helped with science experiments and taught you everything you needed to know about camping. He is the Dad who wouldn't go easy on you in a game of chess even if he just taught you how to play. He is the Dad who would torture you with tickles and pop your butt everytime you'd walk passed. He is the Dad who sometimes you can't tell if he's joking or serious. He is the Dad who came up with The Nappy Nighty Song. A song he used to make us cry before it was time to go to bed. Bedtime is no fun, but you know what I don't remember the crying I remember that silly song. Now that my sister and I are mothers we get to share with our children. And maybe one day they will sing it to their children.
