A collection of recipes with memories, spanning over 50 years as a Chef. I have been inspired many times over the years to write my recipes into a book. So I dedicate this cook book to my wife Trish, son Ben and daughter Kathryn.

European Chef work trained, and during ‘Apprenticeship in Cookery’ at ‘The Coorparoo School of Food.’
Achieved Honors and won Runner up in Queensland.
Over 50 years, I have been a Commis Chef, Head Chef and Executive Chef in Australia and England, including managing my own Catering Business “Jeff The Chef” for 22 years.
As a member of Australian Culinary Federation I obtained an accreditation to the level of a Regional Judge.
I have been to many workshops and accomplished a ‘Train the Trainer Certificate’ as well as ‘Sugar Work and Seafood Certificates’, at Cotah Brisbane.
I have strived to be creative, and deliver the best food possible, and as a chef you are always learning.
Being retired for 10 years and married for nearly 43 years, I now have 4 grandchildren, play a lot of golf, help my wife in the garden, and enjoy my family and friends.
The hospitality industry gives me the ability to give back..
