Josie is feeling very unsure about her first kid's yoga class, she doesn't like to try new things. However, it doesn't take long before she sees the world through the eyes of her new friends Cat, Cow, Frog, Butterfly, Lizard, Starfish and many more.

Abby is a long time Yoga, Nanny, Auntie and soon to be mommy. She has always admired the way children see the world and hopes to show children the world through the eyes of nature. Abby currently resides in Missoula, Montana with her cat, dog and boyfriend.
