Jimmy Frost thought that he would just have a normal life fighting crime with his dark ominous powers, but all of a sudden while on a mission he learns about the city of Agartha. He then is interested and then rushes to agartha as fast as possible. As he struggles with the new city and people while he has to try to find this deadly Franky Rafitty and his band of cunning revolutionaries. Will he save the Agarthans forever?
