Hey, if you read this you are probably a youth worker, youth pastor, future youth pastor, or just have an interest in this topic. I on my path to becoming a youth pastor and on my way I was taught these things. I could not agree more that with things like this in place it will help a youth program become more healthy. It can vary from church to church on what is needed to improve your youth ministry, so this is not a perfect plan. The principals that are in here are what you need to follow and see how they can mold into your ministry.
