"As we sped to the hospital, I thought for certain I was dying. My heart race and skipped beats. my vision was cloudy and distorted, everything seemed unreal. An absolute dread poured through me, like I was fading away and I these were my last moments of life."
This was the fall of 1973, Ocala, Florida. What started out as a relaxing day of snorkeling at Alexander Springs with my college buddies, turned out to be the last day of life as I had for the past eighteen years known it to be. Things would be different from then on, very different.
My only intention in writing this book is to share my experiences living with Depression and Panic Disorder and to give people the assurance that they are not all alone!
