Life in itself has a major and crazy way of throwing you through hoops and hurtles but on top of that when your a parent and you add all those crazy random hoops and hurtles to jump through, sometimes having even just a small book that your thoughts and emotions of having to jump throughout all these hoops and hurtles it can give you a fraction of relief to safely jot down how life is making you feel and kick off your shoes and say F**K it.
