My name is Katie, and my husband and I are from a small town south of Chicago. We have one amazing and beautiful daughter. We are a family who loves to enjoy life and make the best out of every situation!
I read a quote recently by Meister Eckhart, "And suddenly you know: it's time to start something new and trust the magic of beginnings'. To give you a brief background about myself, at the age of 30, I was diagnosed with Non-Hodgkins Follicular Lymphoma and as of September 2015 I have been in remission, this September 2017 will mark 2 years!! I have ALWAYS had a passion for crafting, and it has always brought me a sense of peace in my life, even when things were a little hectic.
