This is a seasonal cookbook designed to help children eat local foods in a healthy way. Since the book is designed for children, all recipes have step by step instructions with pictures. Recipes are separated by season and meal.
Christine Mitchell is a Master in Public Health candidate from Emory University. She has over 8 years of experience working with children, as a youth director, tutor and a summer camp teacher. She loves cooking and hopes this book will help even the littlest of people make health conscious decisions while having fun.
