Hi. My name is Brittany and I have been in a very dark place for the last 18 months are so (divorce, Autism, health concerns, etc). I could not really put my finger on why I was feeling that way. I tried to journal on my own, but felt I needed direction with journal prompts. I tried a dozen or more before deciding I'd make my own. I wanted this journal to be something fun instead of something it's all to easy to skip. So this is my attempt at helping you get started journaling.
