A LEGACY OF LOVE

As a gift for my parents 50th anniversary, I consolidated poems and sentiments of love taken from Grandma Miller's cherished family albums. In "Grandma's Books," she kept meticulous records of conversations, grandkids pictures and lovely poems given to my grandfather for special occasions. A favorite is a poem my Mom wrote to my Dad when they got engaged, a typewritten memory she captured in December 1962. Grandma's books tell of a deep love of family and faith that made all us grandkids laugh as we were growing up and inspires us today as we look back on the legacy of love reflected over 30 years in Grandma Leah Miller's scrape books.
