This book is a testimony and help book for those who are stuck in confusion about how to move forward from bad experiences that caused trauma. This book will help you understand what holds you back and how to move on. Sometimes things happen to us and we stay in a state of "what do I do, I'm scared, what if, and who am I now". Some of us need a little guide to self help. That is the purpose for my book.
I am a mother of three and Married to a good man. I am a student in college working toward a career working with wildlife and the environment. I Believe many of us have felt stuck in the whirlpool of confusing symptoms. I have been in situations where I could not get over what had happened so easily. There is no manual that says step by step how live your life after trauma. There are self help books but none that I have found could touch on the type of information I really needed. I want to write so so I can share what started it all and how I have begun to overcome the obstacles of the aftermath trauma caused me. So maybe it can help me heal and help someone else too.
