If I could go back and give myself a letter at every mark of my life I would tell myself everything I wrote in this book. I hope whoever reads this book listens to the words and takes them to heart.

Hi, my name is Kazmira Salinas. I wrote this back in my senior year of high school as a class assignment. Throughout my high school experience, I had a lot of trouble dealing with my emotions and acting like everything was fine. My friends are what helped me through most of it and I would like to share what I have learned. I hope everyone can understand their emotions well.
