Dee Gregory was born and raised on Long Island, New York but now resides in Paducah, Kentucky with her Air Force veteran husband. She is a retired secretary, preschool teacher, artist, writer and illustrator. This is her third children’s book dedicated to Alexandra and Pierce, her grandchldren. Dee has been a writer and artist all of her adult life. She delighted children with her instant drawings and used her talent to enhance her teaching skills. She has written extensively to family and friends from storytelling to putting her pen to her family’s legacy. Dee has written her Memoir, "Eye on the Sparrow" recently published and her first children's book, "Lillian Rose Wants a Turtle," both available on Amazon.
