About Author
My maiden name is Marsha Farley. I am a lifelong resident of Alabama. Because of my father's job, I lived in many different towns during my early childhood. My favorite "home" was in Brighton with my maternal grandmother, "Nanny". Being an only child for almost eight years, I spent much time alone, and books became my best friend. I loved to sing and always thought music would be my life. Fate had another idea, however. I became the mother of two handicapped children, and my life's course was changed. My Nanny always remained a large part of my life. I continue to live in Alabama and still treasure my music, books and the memories of my precious "Nanny".
