About Author
Richard T, Mahan knew as a young boy that he wanted to be a police officer when he grew up. After serving in the Vietnam war, he returned home and became what he had always pictured himself doing, working as a policeman. He served on the Randolph Police Department for years before retiring due to medical reasons. This book is a collection of short stories inspired by calls he responded to, people he met and thoughts he had had over those years. Although the basis of the stories are true, some details and names were changed.
