About Author
My mother left us when I was 8 years old and never looked back. I was left in a house full of men, and was the only female until I left home at 18. I learned to cook by trial and error and spent hours and days pouring over cookbooks to teach myself how to cook. These are the best recipes I have collected and/or perfected over the years.
