Nancy and Melinda were told this children's story many, many times by their Mother, who told it with such expression! It was told to her by her Mother and has been passed down through the generations. They decided to make it into a children's book to preserve this verbal moralistic tale.

Wife of Norman Lee Shaheen for 61 years and mother to three girls, three son-in-laws, and six grandchildren.
