How I used my personal journal notes to remember and cope with the loss of a great man, my father. Loss is a terrible tragedy to all family and friends alike. For myself, I kept a journal because growing up as a child, we were encouraged to keep a daily journal. And now it is my journal that I bring to print. Although sad at time, it has given me great strength to be grateful and blessed each and everyday we have to share love with our family. Live well, laugh often and love beyond words.

Born and raised in the National Capital of Ottawa Canada, as generations of family before me. I am a loving wife, proud mother of three grown children and a professional business woman.
My accomplishments also encompass writer of creative poetry and short stories. Writing has always been a passion of mine, a means of emotional expression of life experiences, good and bad.
Interests that hold my attention are travelling with my husband and connecting with people from all around the world and walks of life. And I have a deep passion for photography which has grown rapidly over the last few years. I love taking pictures and capturing natures beauty during long walks and adventures in the great outdoors.
