My name is Stephanie Warren and I've been married to a wonderful man for almost 46 years. I am a wife, mother and a grandmother. I have been wanting to write a story for children since I was in my twenties back when my daughter was born. But time has gotten away from me and now here I am 40 years later and finally got it done.
My motivation for writing this book at this time in my life came from my granddaughter Maggie who is almost six years old. We play many games with her and she has always been a good sport about losing. I find it to be a real pleasure and lots of laughs to play games with her. I wanted to share a story that would motivate other children to be good sports too. It is a little story with a big message.
