About Author
My Name is Lindsay Fehn-Hughes. I am a self-employed Dance studio owner and a stay at home mom of three! I have always loved to write and in my dealings with children everyday, I thought this would be a fantastic way to teach my dancers about stage-fright and prepare them for their big recital! It can apply to any situation that kids go through but, since I am a dance teacher, this was an easy way for me to teach a life lesson through dance!
