My name is Braiden and I am passionate about fitness and health. I am finishing my Bachelor's degree in Entrepreneurial Studies, while simultaneously pursuing a personal training certification. I have a heart for others and spreading the message of self-love. To me, fitness and health is more than just the muscles. It includes a fit body, strong mind, and loving heart.
