Maddie and "B" are more than cousins, they are best friends. Whenever they go to Nanny's house they always have a fun adventure. This is the very first adventure they take after they discover that when they climb into Nannny's plum tree anything can happen.

Nanny D is of course a grandmother who loves her children and "grandchicks" with all her heart. She lives in Bartlett Tennessee with Poppy. Nanny D has three boys: Kelly, Codie and Joe. Maddie is Codie's little girl who is four years old. "B" or John "Bryson" is Kelly's son. Nothing makes Nanny D happier than to have her family around her and nothing makes her smile more than Maddie and "B".
