Maimuna Zubairu-Burnette is an entrepreneur, management consultant and business woman who loves to cook and create new dishes. Most of her dishes were learned from her family, particularly, her mother who is an excellent cook. She also recreates recipes from her travels around the world, with her own personal touch.
