About Author
As a former educator working with special needs children, Mrs. Campesi saw the impact animals had on special needs children when they interacted with her therapy dogs. Out of a desire to continue to serve this community of special children, Mrs. Campesi retired from teaching and has dedicated her time to the human/animal bond that helps children reach life’s summits. She continues to serve with her therapy dogs at Jill’s House, a weekend respite facility for special needs children.
