About Author
This has been the first time I was afforded the opportunity able to stay home to raise my child and its given me the time to developed meals that I am proud to share with you. I have Four beautiful Girls and wrote this book to share with them. When I was working, I always did fast meals, hamburger helper and bland spaghetti and meals that were quick to prepare but perhaps not the best in nutrition or taste for that matter.. since I have been home I have been able to invest more time on the meals I cooked for my family. I became more creative wanting to make sure my family had great meals to eat and they enjoy them.
