About Author
The youngest of two children, Cathy Bacon was born, Cathy Janelle Williams, on June 29, 1965, in Atlanta, Georgia. She married at the age of twenty three in 1987. The marrige was everything but blistful, but she found solitude in writing. From the theraphy she recieved from expressing herself on paper, a love affair was born. A love for words.. She used the energy of her two daughters and their imagination to use as a guide to earlier projects.
After the marriage to her second husband, Cathy gave birth to her first son, on May 14, 2000. He was a busy, bouncing baby boy, in every sense of the word. With his birth also came the birth of her first book, inspired by him, Man of the House. One year later, she gave birth to her second son.
Watching and learning from her four children, she discovered there were many stories to be told from the watchful, learning eyes of a child..where everything old is new.
