About Author
Born in the early 50's to Henry & Yolanda Polletta, I was named Karen Lee Polletta.Raised in Evanston, Illinois, where I lived for 22 years until I married Gary O'Connell.Untill recently spent all of my time in the Northern Suburbs of Chicago raising two daughters, Bridgett Courtney & Tonya Coleen O'Connell.
Before, during and after the girls, I had careers in Dentistry, Dance Studio Owner, Hotel Operations and Human Resources Director.
Now retired and living in Indianapolis, I want to share my delightful childhood of learning to cook!
